Service Quality Training in Region IX

RTWPB-IX organized a seminar cum workshop on Service Quality for MSMEs in the hotel and restaurant industry operating in Zamboanga Sibugay province. It was held at the Sibugay International Hotel, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay Province in June 24, 2019.

Service Quality, a quality management intervention focused on creative solutions to reduce errors in service delivery. It is one of the productivity training programs under the NWPC Productivity Toolbox.
