SLERS introduced " Advance with People, Advance with Attitude" program which focuses on product quality, people training and process improvement. They practiced benchmarking where they reflected on standards and identified areas for improvement on quality, people and processes for better customer satisfaction. Trainings, seminars and refresher courses are given to workers at SLERS. They also undergo GMP, Food Safety and HACCP, 5S and Customer Service Quality trainings to help them build their confidence and improve their self-esteem directing them towards excellence and self-fulfillment.
