INVITATION TO BID

 

     The National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC) hereby invites interested parties/suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the following “Printing of Notebooks”.

     The source of fund for this expense shall be taken from the Office appropriated budget. 

     Interested parties may obtain bid forms, eligibility requirements/checklist and other forms, including further important particulars and/or conditions, from the Supply Officer of the Administrative Division, 8/F G. E. Antonino Bldg., Kalaw St. cor. J. Bocobo St., Ermita, Manila, during office hours.
                                   
     The schedule of the bidding activities is as follows:

     The Bids and Awards Committee shall use a “pass/fail” criteria to determine the eligibility of prospective bidders.  As such, non-submission of the required eligibility requirements will result in the disqualification of prospective bidders.

     Sealed bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in accordance with the following schedule:

  1. Cash, certified check, cashier’s check, manager’s check, bank draft, or irrevocable letter of credit
  2. Bank guarantee
  3. Surety bond

One percent (1%)


One and a half percent (1 ½%)
Two and a half percent (2 ½%)

     Bidders are requested to present personally or through their authorized representatives their eligibility/technical requirements and their financial proposals.  Bidders shall also be requested to bring demonstration units for evaluation by the Bids and Awards Committee.

     The NWPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any defect or informality therein, assumes no obligation whatsoever to compensate indemnity to the bidders for any expenses that they may incur in the preparation of bids and to accept the offer most advantageous to the government.
