*Possession of excellent training and facilitating skills is an advantage.

  2. Certified Copy of Relevant Training Certificates;
  3. Authenticated copy of Civil Service Certificate of Eligibility and/or Board/Bar Rating;
  4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records or Diploma; and
  5. Service Record/Certificate of Employment (specifying duties and responsibilities performed).
